These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography and videography services provided by Yahya Gilani. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed once a quote is accepted and the deposit (if required) is paid.
- Final payment is due before delivery of the final files unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days of the event date unless stated otherwise.
Deliverables
- Delivery timelines are provided at booking and may vary by project size.
- Final files are delivered digitally unless a different format is agreed.
Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for obtaining permissions or access for locations and venues.
- Please provide a clear brief and schedule before the event date.
Usage and Copyright
- Under Australian law, Yahya Gilani retains all rights, title, and interest in all photos, videos, and content created, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All photos and videos captured are the property of Yahya Gilani.
- You receive a license to use the delivered content for personal or business promotion.
- We may use selected work for portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.
Liability
- While every effort is made to deliver the agreed services, liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
